1. Return Eligibility

2. Initiating a Return

2.2. Return Authorization
2.2.1. Upon receiving your return request, we will provide you with the appropriate return authorization number and the return mailing address.
2.2.2. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed.
3. Return Shipping
3.1. Customer Responsibility
3.1.1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item, in which case we will cover return shipping.
3.2. Packaging Requirements
3.2.1. Please ensure that the returned item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
3.2.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items to ensure that the item reaches us safely.
3.3. Return Shipping Fees
3.3.1. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This includes the original shipping cost for both domestic and international orders.
3.3.2. If an item is returned for a refund, only the cost of the item will be refunded.
4. Refunds and Processing

4.3.1. We may apply a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price if the returned item is opened, used, or returned in an unsellable condition.
5. Incorrect or Damaged Items
5.1. Wrong Item Delivered
5.1.1. If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@poptopt.com.
5.1.2. We will arrange for a free return of the incorrect item and send the correct product at no additional charge.
5.1.3. The returned item must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a replacement.
5.2. Damaged or Defective Items
5.2.1. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@poptopt.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
5.2.2. We will request photographs of the damage or defect, which may be used to expedite the return or replacement process.
5.2.3. Items must be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement is issued.
5.2.4. If approved, we will arrange for the return shipping at no cost to you, and you will receive a replacement product or a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
5.3. Misrepresentation of Products
5.3.1. If you believe that the product you received does not match the description on our website, please reach out to us at support@poptopt.com for assistance.
5.3.2. Our team will review the matter and work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or refund.
6. Exchanges

6.1.1. We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within the 30-day return window.
6.1.2. The item being exchanged must meet the same return criteria as outlined in section 1.2.
6.1.3. If you wish to exchange an item for one of higher value, the customer will need to pay the difference in price.
